Terms of Stay

These terms are demo content for the fictional campground Fernwater. Replace them with your own.

Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid (by Stripe on the stay’s page) and we have confirmed your dates by email. The rest of the price is paid on arrival. Prices include tax.

Cancellations

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival. After that we keep it, unless we can give your dates to someone on the waiting list. If we have to close the camp (a storm, a fire ban that closes the shore), you can rebook or get a full refund.

Arrival and departure

Arrive from 14:00 and leave by 11:00. Quiet hours are 22:00–7:00. Guests who repeatedly break the camp code may be asked to leave without a refund.

Activities

Canoe hire and the guided night walk run on the times shown in the booking calendar. If we cancel because of the weather, you can rebook or get a full refund.
